I think we already talked on the phone. I hope you had a safe trip.
1 year before I gave resign and left the company, My company put me in huroob without inform me. I talk to my company CEO, everything is settlement , he gave me the release letter and passport but he did not remove the huroob, he told me if you want to remove you can do youself.
Since 1 year I am trying to remove this but I did not successful.
My Q is: what I can do?
2. can I go to Pakistan and comeback on new visa?

Unfortunately , no one can remove ” huroob” except the sponsor or the JUDGE if a case is presented to him and judges in your favor. If you leave the country , you will not be able to come back.
I have worked from home, outside Saudi Arabia, for a major company in the kingdom and they are not paying me money I am owed for my work. i would like to ask you the question regarding the HOROOB( Run Away) ”, , one year before I was in Saudi and I have dispute with my saudi kafil he put reentry visa for my passport and asked me to leave on vacation so I my self refused and lodge a complained to local labour (maktabul amal) office and asked kafil to send me on final exit visa which kafeel refused and complained to jawazat for horroob and after keeping two months in prison they deported me to india with emergency passport(on time travel document).
1.My question is that what types of legal action i can take against the Saudi companies. so that the charge of horoob can be remove from my self.
2.And my Second question to you that if any one have put the HOROOB( Run Away) on the passport is there anytime Limit for specific period or its long life in KSA

i would like to ask you the same question regarding the HOROOB ” one Indian company offered my cousin a job in behalf of the One saudi company, for Engineer post and they offer him visa through another indian company for the “Funni tankiya Majari” for the another saudi company instead of Engineer , after three months taking work from my cousin which is all irrelavant to his Job, there was some dispute between him and 1st kafil who did not offer him appropriate job and even not pay his salary, he put reentry visa for his passport and asked him to leave on vacation so my cousin refused and lodge a complained to local labour office and asked kafil to send him on final exit visa which kafeel refused and complained to jawazat for horroob and after keeping two months in prison they deported my cousin to india, In india My sousin lodge a complaints against them to protector general of immigration Govt of India against the Indian recruitments comapnies which send him to KSA and after examination of documentation evidence protector general of immigration Govt of India has suspanded the Liecence of both Indian Companies and the case is further on hearing for cencelation of the Liecence permanantly. my quairy from you is now about the Saudi comapnies what types of legal action we can take against the Saudi companies. so that the charge of horoob can be remove from the My cousin. as also i am in processes to put these two companies in Black list with the ministry of External affair govt of India. so that in future they can not get any staff from India. kindly reply and give your expert view. baraka-Allaho fik
I know someone who’s legally married in Philippines’ with children’s but the husband /father has no or avoid communication to his family for almost 6-7 years .and not his having his own family in Jeddah with a child leaving freely in Jeddah (HARAM ). As per my knowledge Fake marriages in Jeddah is absolutely rampant (HARAM),but my question is why is it the JEDDAH authority is allowing this kind of situation and yet they are trying to establish strict rules in religion, Falsification of documents is one of the possible reason how he got involved with the Muslim lady in Jeddah. Can you please help me solve this problem? I want to seek help to deport this illegal couple, it’s a shameful act in the eyes of Allah and in the law of Philippines this is FORGERY & ADULTERY .Deportation is the only option for the husband to be reunited to his original family and to teach this Muslim woman to learn from her mistakes . Muslim woman should know the value of religion and virtue as a woman in the eyes of ALLAH. I don’t think ALLAH never state in Quran to influenced Muslim woman to become a mistress and a home wrecker .Can someone help me on this?

my old sponsor put me on huroob one month back and now ready to help me, but whn i ask him to give just one letter to remove huroob he said he will consult his lawer and reply me soon,

asslamu alaikum i m working with a company as pharmacist. before 4 months our pharmarmacy became in area which was hired for extention of harm.i said to my company to make inovetory and recieve stock of pharmacy.they spend time on today and tomorrow .baldia came and said to clear pharmacy within 24 hours.i informed responsible persons they said to me that hire a room and transfor stock there.i followed them .4 months passed they r mot receiving stock .not paying my salleries and previous overtime and bonus.i requested them to recieve stock and release my salleries.since lst 4 month they r saying ok.now i have faxed my resignation letter and clearence from both side within 1 month.
kindly tell me the i return their AMANAT and recieve my funds

1)sallerry of 4 months—-2)vaccation sallery of 3 years 3)overtime and bonus about 15000 (4)rent for hired rooms 5200 which i have paid.

May i ask some question.
1. My employer put me huroob i apply resigned with him but he didn’t agree me to resign then he put me huroob. Now i comeback to my employer now i work again with him ih he doesn’t like to remove my huroob what are legal action should i taken to him.
2. Since they hired me locally inside in saudi arabia or i got released from my previous em0loyer to the current employer if i ask release or nakal kafala if they ignore me what are the legal action should i taken to him also.
3.If i don’t want to continue my contract with my sponsor since i transfer my iqama with him he’s my second sponsor since i transfer my iqama i pay the half of payment for transfer 1000sr then i renewed my iqama also i pay 1000sr there are not pay anything.
